CallLog is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your data. The CallLog privacy statement explains how your data will be collected and how it will be used. By using the CallLog service, you are consenting to the uses of your data as specified in this privacy statement.

Your personal information is remotely transferred to the CallLog database only when the uploading client has been authorised - by providing the account username and password for which the information is to be attached. No client may upload their information to an account other than their own.

Your personal call data is extracted from the handset by means of application programming interfaces made publicly available by the handset operating system. By installing and running the Data Exporter you are consenting to the extraction of data necessary for the operation of the CallLog service. No data other than data strictly necessary for the CallLog service is extracted from the handset or acquired otherwise.

The collection of your personal information will be for the sole purpose of operating the services provides by the CallLog site. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be used for any purpose that has not been explicitly authorised by you.

Any personal information will be accessible to you provided you are able to authenticate by logging into your CallLog account with the correct credentials. Sesnsitive call, message or log data may be removed from the database if explicitly requested at any time.

Your personal information will be accessible to you only, through means of username and password authentication. No other parties will have access to your personal information. Your personal information will be processed and displayed by the CallLog site and access to this information will be denied if an inactivity period of 10 minutes or more is encountered.

CallLog does not use cookies, and as such no personal information will be persisted to your machine as a result of using the CallLog service. Your personal information is queried from a secure database and state information is held in a server side session.

Access to your personal data is secured by the use of SSL on the CallLog website. Your data is encrypted before transit and decrypted by your browser. None of your personal information is visible to anyone else during its transit from the CallLog web server to your machine.

From time to time, changes may be required to the privacy statement without prior notification. If changes are made to the privacy statement, the Last Updated date will reflect the date of the latest change. You are encouraged to occasionally review the privacy statement for any updates. Your continued use of the service after such changes indicates your consent to any changes made.
